Lenz is now offering meaningful summer jobs for university and college students during the summer of 2021!

We’re based in Helsinki, Finland, and this summer we’re going international! We want to provide genuine opportunities to students with no valid experience (yet), and prove that with eagerness and potential, you’ll have near unlimited opportunities to grow! In fact, we believe in the potential of younger generations so much  that we don’t even ask for your CV or previous work experience when you apply for our projects, instead focusing on your interests and ambitions for the future.

With enough time invested in your answers, not only will we really get to know you, but you’ll also be able to reflect and learn more about yourself in the process as well!

In our recruitment process, our primary goal is to get to know you and evaluate your eagerness and potential. That’s why we don’t expect students to have any relevant work experience in the field – your attitude is what matters the most!

From the timeline below, you can get an inside look at our unique recruitment process. We will be accepting the first 500 applications, so make sure you get yours in as soon as possible! If you get the chance to fill out the application form, you will be able to send it forward to us and get into our recruitment process. We go through all applications thoroughly, and you will get an answer regarding your application by the end of our recruiting period.

Any student, no matter what you study! There are no specific guidelines or recommendations in projects or roles because we are interested in getting to know what your interests and aspirations are, and how you wish to grow!

Every step of the recruitment process and project work is done remotely. That means that you’ll be able to work from home, a summer cottage, or wherever else you want to, as long as you an internet connection!

When we create the roles, we think about the goals of the project and the customer’s needs. Our goal is to create a close and effective team where every individual has their own specific part in which their strengths and abilities shine and compliment the other members.

Yes! The whole recruitment process is fully remote.

We value your eagerness and potential above all else! Then why not look at a CV? Because we think it’s a paradox to need work experience to get any work experience, and your past doesn’t have to define your future!

Yes! Every summer project is paid work.

The projects for the summer will completed in their entirety during the summer, precisely between May and August. Additionally, you’ll be able to take a summer holiday during the project as well!

It depends on the project. Our New Waves of Market Research-project is a part time job.
